At Global Shopping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Global Shopping within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
  • Personal care items and cosmetics that have been opened or used
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the return shipping label (if provided)
  5. Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging and accessories
  6. Attach the return shipping label to the package
  7. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediately available in your account

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please indicate this in the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are determined as follows:

  • Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items: We will cover all return shipping costs if the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility and may be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your claim more efficiently.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe mentioned above, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

9. Changes to Return Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
